Woodward Oaks is a nine-phase master planned community in the heart of Auburn, Ala. Jemison Place was the first phase to be completed and is now sold out. Three new home phases are currently underway – Pebble Hill Townhomes, Clear Springs, and The Parkway. Prices in Woodward Oaks start in the $190,000s and range to the upper $400,000’s. Once the community is complete, there will be 517 beautiful Harris Doyle homes fitting for all stages of life. Where is Woodward Oaks?
Woodward Oaks is in a desirable area in North Auburn, on North Donahue Drive, only ten-minutes from Jordan-Hare Stadium. Woodward Oaks is the perfect new home community for families with children, as it is an easy, quick drive to Auburn schools and is just across the street from Auburn’s popular Yarbrough Elementary School. Woodward Oaks is just minutes away from Publix, the Walmart Neighborhood Market, and Church of the Highlands’ new campus. For residents who love to play golf, these new homes in Auburn are just a quick drive from Auburn University Club, a renowned championship golf course.
Pebble Hill Townhomes at Woodward Oaks
The Pebble Hill Townhomes are part of Harris Doyle’s Nest Homes line. They are quality-built homes designed with style, simplicity and affordability in mind. The intent behind Nest Homes is to break down the increasing barriers to new home ownership and bring affordable, new homes to all buyers.
New homes in Pebble Hill start in the upper $190,000’s. Pebble Hill will feature 71 townhomes with beautiful, white exteriors and are grouped together mostly in pairs of four. The townhomes feature both exterior and interiors units, which exterior units the larger of the two, as they are two-stories with 2,025 square feet. Each exterior townhome has three bedrooms, two and a half baths and a two-car garage. The interior units are 1,260 square feet and have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a single car garage.
Pebble Hill will have small pavilion, soon coming to the green space at the townhomes entrance, and will offer a great place for the Pebble Hill community to gather. Clear Springs at Woodward Oaks
Clear Springs will feature Harris Doyle’s traditional product and popular plans that our homeowners love. The Clear Springs phase is located on Clear Springs Drive, which is a side street that will be very quiet. Clear Spring residents won’t have to worry about a lot of traffic besides residents of Clear Springs. Once the development is complete, it will be a safe street for kids to ride their bikes and play with neighbors. If privacy and child safety are a top concern, then Clear Springs may be for you.
Prices in Clear Springs start in the upper $200,000’s and feature large, wooded lots. Available plans include the Athens, Bedford, Bristol, Franklin, Garrett, Jefferson and Lexington. These plans range from 1,760-2,977 square feet and will have anywhere from two to three bedrooms. There are a total of 29 lots, some of which have already sold.

The Parkway at Woodward Oaks
The Parkway is the largest of the three new home phases with 100-foot lots. This phase will offer larger new homes with basement plans and three-car garages. Most of the Parkway lots will back up to wooded areas. Homeowners will see more through traffic on The Parkway, but will still find plenty of privacy, especially in their backyards. Since these are larger plans, the number of lots are limited. Harris Doyle is building 26 new homes on The Parkway and four lots have already sold, leaving only three basement lots.
Homes in The Parkway start in the $340,000’s and available floor plans include the Beaumont, Collinwood, Coventry, Covington Porte Cochere, Daly, Garret Porte Cochere, Hagen, Hudson, Kingston Porte Cochere, Langley, Mason, Mickelson, Millbrook, Rosemont, Sagewood, Tanglewood and Westbury. These plans range from 1,884-4,030 square feet and you’ll find homes with up to five bedrooms. The Parkway will feature a staged model, which is currently under construction and should be opening in the coming months. If a large family home is on the top of your list, you might want to consider building a new home on The Parkway.
