Harris Doyle Introduces Two New Floor Plans
Harris Doyle is excited to introduce two new floor plans for buyers to choose from when building their dream home. These new plans are available in two communities each, allowing buyers to select the perfect area and design to meet their family’s needs. The Walker
First, meet The Walker. This 2,671 square foot plan includes four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The floor plan features a single-level layout with an optional second-story “flex room.” Buyers who choose the two-level plan can utilize the bonus room as a loft or an additional bedroom, with the option to include a bathroom. The Walker includes a two car garage.
The Walker is available for buyers building in The Foothills at Blackridge, a premier community located in Hoover. Foothills residents enjoy a suite of amenities including including a pool, pavilion, walking trail, putting green, playground, firepit, bocce ball and cornhole. The Walker can also be built at The Bray at Liberty Park, a new 700-acre Town Village offering a town green, pedestrian walkways, and an impressive selection of shopping and dining. The Bray is zoned for the Vestavia Hills City Schools, one of the state's Top 10 districts.
The Shelby
Our next new plan is The Shelby, a single-family home providing just over 2,000 square feet. This two-story model includes four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and an upstairs loft! Shelby homes in Auburn's Mimms Trail community have an optional one or two car detached garage. Those in Pelham's Simms Landing come with a standard one car garage that can be upgraded to hold two cars.
Buyers located in Auburn can build The Shelby in the Mimms Trail community, a pristine area boasting an array of amenities including a lake, sidewalks, lamp posts, views, green space, a neighborhood pool, and a community garden. Mimms Trail is zoned for the highly sought-after Ogletree Elementary and is conveniently located with quick Interstate 85 access.
Birmingham buyers opting for the Shelby model can build in Simms Landing, a new construction community featuring all the amenities of a larger neighborhood while maintaining a charming, small-town feel. Simms Landing is zoned for the highly sought-after Pelham City Schools and located only 20 miles north of Downtown Birmingham.
