I’m interested in buying a new home, where do I start?

We strive to keep our process simple.

To get started, begin looking through our communities on our website to find the right fit for you! You can visit any of our communities and model homes seven days a week. While looking for the perfect home to build, you should also begin the pre-approval process. Harris Doyle has partnered with Silverton Mortgage, one of the nation’s fastest growing financial companies.

What form of payment do you accept for earnest money/builder deposit?

All payments for earnest money and deposits are required by personal or counter check.

Do you build custom homes?

No, we do not build custom homes. However, we have many structural options you can choose to personalize your home. Choose from outdoor fireplaces, Grecian shower designs and sliding glass doors to name a few. Our Design Studio boast hundreds of options to choose to create the dream home you have always wanted.

Are there restrictions in each community?

Each community has their own set of covenants and restrictions. Many have an ARC (Architectural Review Committee) that review and approve the exterior placement, materials and landscaping of your home. All of these items help protect the integrity if our communities and help them have a lasting legacy. Please contact the community sales agent for specific covenants and restrictions.
