Margaritaville Beach Cottage Resort is excited to announce its sales center is now open to the public. The newly opened center is located on Front Beach Road within the new development at 13626 Front Beach Rd, Panama City Beach, 32413.

Harris Doyle Homes, Margaritaville, and The Premier Property Group announced the new residential beach front development last year. Margaritaville Beach Cottage Resort will include a total of 118 single-family homes paired with resort style amenities.

The new location will be constructed and sold in phases. The first 12 homes are under contract and four additional homes are expected to release soon.

The residential beach development is located on Front Beach Road, three miles east of Pier Park near Crane Street, and beside the Bid-a-Wee Community.
