Mortgage Rate Buy Down Incentive Available for New Townhomes at The Mill
Harris Doyle Homes is currently offering a rate buy down and guaranteed extended rate lock incentive on quick move homes. For select townhomes at The Mill, Harris Doyle will pay to lower and lock your interest rate for 30 years at 4.875 percent (5.382 percent APR for conventional loans) or 4.5 percent (5.79 percent APR for FHA loans). Or, Harris Doyle will also pay to lock your rate for up to 270 days for houses that will close in more than 60 days, up to a $7,500 value. Both incentives are in addition to the $2,500 that Harris Doyle contributes to closing costs when using Silverton Mortgage. When did you know you wanted to pursue a career in Real Estate?
“I was looking for a career change, I enjoy working with people and didn't want something that was going to be the same thing day in and day out. Real Estate checks those boxes.”
What makes you excited about your job?
“It's a lot of fun to get someone into a brand new home and help them find the right home that fits their needs.”
What is the most rewarding part of being a Sale Agent at Harris Doyle?
“The most rewarding part to me is getting a first-time home buyer into a new home. The excitement they have can really be contagious.”
Do you have any tips for future homeowners? If so, what are they?
“Don't hesitate when looking for a new home. If you find something that checks all the important boxes for you get it because if you wait, you will likely miss out.”
Tell us about your favorite Harris Doyle floor plan and why?
“My favorite Harris Doyle floor plan is the Clermont. The open floor plan downstairs is appealing, and my favorite feature is the large loft upstairs."
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“I enjoy golfing, fishing, and playing with my dog Bear.”
