The Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builder’s Parade of Homes was back in full force this past weekend operating as an in-person event for 2021. Despite the rain, opening weekend for the parade yielded great success and presented opportunities for new home tours across the Birmingham metro.

The Parade of Homes is a semi-annual event that features model homes from top new home builders in the Birmingham area. For the past 60 years, attendees have had the first glimpse of new eye-catching homes.
