The 2015 Birmingham Parade of homes takes place on the weekends of May 9 and 10 and May 16 and 17. The largest new homes tour in the area will showcase a variety of new homes in the Birmingham metro area including new homes in Gardendale, Alabama. Harris Doyle Homes has two Gardendale communities included in the parade—Turnberry Highlands and Fieldstown Crossing. Along with these Gardendale communities, homes in Trussville Springs and Lacey’s Grove are also in the parade.
The Birmingham Parade of Homes hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday May 9 and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday May 10. A free event open to the public, the 2015 parade includes homes from a total of 23 different Birmingham communities built by 29 different developers/builders. Sponsors for the event include Alabama Power, Realty South, Alabama Media Group and many more!
Although the parade begins on May 9, the judging of the homes takes place the day before the parade on May 8. If the result of the Auburn Tour of Homes [link to Cypress Point Auburn Tour of Homes post] is any predictor of this parade’s results, Harris Doyle Homes can expect great things!
