The Birmingham Business Journal recently ranked Gardendale as No. 5 on “Birmingham’s 10 hotspots for Future Wealth Growth.” This is exciting news for residents, businesses and developers of this Birmingham suburb, and we are especially excited as we prepare to offer beautiful homes in Gardendale at Fieldstown Crossing.
The study used data from geographic information firm Ersi to identify the specific areas positioned to accumulate the most wealth from now until 2018. The warm, welcoming town of Gardendale is expected to see a whopping 12 percent increase in income and more than 13 percent improvement in home value over the next four years. Infrastructure improvements like I-22 could bring even more growth and value to this area.
As progress continues in Harris Doyle’s new Fieldstown Crossing community, buyers looking to invest in a new home could easily find their place in Gardendale. With 60 home sites available and the promise of spacious open layouts showcasing three to four bedroom floor plans and high quality features and finishes throughout, Fieldstown Crossing is guaranteed to be a popular choice for homebuyers. Residents of this new home community will enjoy a neighborhood park, perfect for family or community gatherings, as well as all of the modern conveniences located only minutes away in the City of Birmingham.
Children of Fieldstown Crossing will be in district to attend Gardendale Elementary, Bragg Middle School and Gardendale High School.
Fieldstown Crossing is currently in the development phase, with floor plans and pricing expected to be released soon.
In addition to Fieldstown Crossing, we expect to introduce Turnberry Ridge soon.
