This week, we are featuring one of our good friends, longtime colleague and Harris Doyle homeowner, Lacy Orazine from Arc Realty! In this blog, Lacy chats with us about living and working in Birmingham and her favorite parts of the job.

How long have you lived in the Birmingham area?

I was born and raised in Birmingham and have lived here my entire life!

What do you like most about the community?

There is really nothing I can think of that I DON’T like about the community. Birmingham is a fantastic city, and there is no place I would rather raise my family.

What is your educational background?

I graduated from Mortimer Jordan High School in North Jefferson County - but most importantly, I went to the "Cathy Rogoff School of Real Estate" where I was taught all about the real estate business from a very successful veteran agent!

How long have you been in the real estate industry?

I became a licensed realtor in March 2014, but started my career as the executive assistant to top-producing realtor Cathy Rogoff in 2011.

What is the best part of your job?

I love the joy my clients have when they find “the one” and get the keys!

What three words do people use to describe you?

Loyal, caring and that I am a great listener.

What would you say are some of your best skills? 

Listening to my client’s needs and being organized.

How has your experience working with Harris Doyle been? 

Harris Doyle is wonderful to work with. From the agents in the neighborhoods, to the design team, the project managers, and the closing agent, everyone is so helpful and easy to work with. I have been on two different sides of a transaction, as an agent representing clients and as a homeowner.
